In-stock Items

In-stock item requires no production time.
Usually it takes within 2-5 days, some remote areas may take 10 days, It all depends on how far the destination is from the starting location and what carrier is being used.

Larger Orders Items

Oversized parcels are dispatched on a 48-hour courier service. Large orders may be sent by pallet rather than courier, depending on the volume of products orderedThe courier will be in touch to book a delivery date for orders with larger items or quantities.

Pre-ordered Items

To ensure you can get the most out of your shopping experience with us some items are available for pre-order, this means that we are expecting a shipment of a particular product and we give you a chance to purchase and reserve your preferred items before we have it in stock.

We offer estimated dispatch dates as shown on the product page. This is the date we expect we will be able to ship this item out from our warehouse for delivery shortly after. Please note that this date is subject to change based on any delays the factory might encounter, so keep this in mind if you are working to a time scale.

Once the items are in stock your order will be processed as a normal in stock order.

Made To Order Items

Our range of “Made to Order” products are manufactured especially for you when you order them. These products will take a number of weeks to make and because of this, will take longer to be delivered to you. You can see the estimated delivery time frame on the product page, as well as at the checkout. Please note that during busy periods such as the festive season, the dates may change. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens.

Once your order is ready and dispatched you’ll receive an email as well as being notified by the courier to set a delivery date.

Which is also known as economy, ground, or regular shipping. For international shipments, these deliveries may take weeks to arrive.

Order Shipping & Delivery

We pack and ship all orders within 2 business days after being placed.Please check your Order Status to confirm how your order was shipped. The tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

Whie delivery, it depends how far away you are. The trucking company will call you in advance to schedule delivery.Fees resulting from re-delivery will be the sole responsibility of the customer, so please do not miss your scheduled delivery appointment. Re-delivery can take up to a week, depending on your location. When the items are delivered to the Customer, the carrier will require a signature from the customer as acknowledgement of receipt.The Customer is encouraged to check the parcel methodically upon its arrival.

Cancel after Ordering

We are very sorry to say that the address cannot be changed once you place the order. Because we try and process orders within the same business day.

Orders will ship with the address that was submitted with the order. We will be happy to cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. Please Note: Because we ship within 24 hours some orders may be processed within 1 hr of submission. If we have already shipped your order, you can return your device from the returns center!

If a parcel arrives damaged, the Customer’s reservations must be written on the delivery note in the presence of the carrier.Should no reservation be mentioned, the parcel is considered as delivered in good condition and no subsequent claims or complaints will be accepted by EGGREE.

How We Pack Furniture on Delivery?

For shipping overseas via courier

  • Separate the removable parts, wrap them individually and add cushioning to protect all sharp corners.
  • Put screws and other small items in a plastic bag and tape them to the furniture parts where they belong to make reassembly easier.
  • Pack any cushions or soft covers in plastic bags.
  • Flat-pack the items in the box previously lined with cushioning materials and fill in the voids with extra padding. Seal the box with several layers of adhesive tape on each side of the package.

For shipping on a pallet

  • Put some cardboard on the pallet surface and place the item on the pallet.
  • Remove any moving parts, wrap them individually in bubble wrap and place these in a well-protected cardboard box that should be later strapped to the pallet separately.
  • Build a crate around the item or wrap it with foam wrap, moving blankets or some corrugated cardboard. Use stretch foil and adhesive tape to keep the protection in place. Make sure that the items are completely covered and securely loaded.
  • Fix the items and boxes to the pallets using strong bands and further wrap them with stretch foil.
